Her passion for nurturing talent and fostering positive employee relationships is at the heart of her career, driving success in every organization she serves.

Kyle McLean is a seasoned Manager of HR Systems at Hamilton Health Sciences, known for his adeptness in project management, advanced spreadsheet analysis, graphical representation, dynamic presentations, and word processing applications. Jennifer Hume is a Real Estate investor and business coach. She provides exciting opportunities for goal-oriented real estate professionals to build incomparable success for them, their businesses, and their team. Jennifer is a huge animal lover who currently has two spoiled dogs, a husband, and a son at home. One day she hopes to have a mini pony as well!
