The Brant County SPCA encourages the participation of volunteers who are willing to "…afford the animals of our community with a compassionate voice in all matters relating to the prevention of cruelty towards animals and the promotion of animal welfare, to provide a humane shelter for the abandoned, abused, neglected and injured animals and to educate the community in this light in order to cultivate a kind and benevolent society."
